Our book club is modeled after the AAUW Diversity Outreach for Impact Program, featuring diverse cultures in both fiction and nonfiction books.The next meeting will be on Thursday, May 16, at 2:30 pm. We will discuss The Heaven & Earth Grocery Store: A Novel by James McBride. It tells thestory of a Black and Jewish neighborhood in Pottstown, Pennsylvania in the 1920s and ’30s.
