Support the 2026 AAUW Used Book Sale
Who We Are
AAUW is a national organization dedicated to advancing equity and education for women and girls. The State College branch of AAUW was founded in 1916 and has approximately 150 members. Each year in May, we hold one of the largest used book sales on the East Coast, which allows us to fund community grants and college scholarships within Centre County. This is a huge event that attracts dealers and individuals from throughout the state, and we continue to grow!
Unfortunately, our costs are growing, too. We want as many of our proceeds as possible to be used to advance our mission. To do this, we need your help.
Why Sponsor?
We have the eyes and ears of over 7,500 shoppers during the four-day sale, and now have a social media presence that focuses exclusively on the event. We are seeking donors to help offset the costs of this event.
Sponsorship Levels
Picture Book Tier
$50 – $499
Sponsors will be acknowledged on the book sale’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. Graphics will be designed and posted at the branch’s discretion.
Novel Tier
$500 and up
In addition to a social media post, sponsors will be acknowledged on a sign displayed at one of our book genre tables at the four-day event. Choose a genre if you like; otherwise, we will match you with a relevant table in a high-traffic area.
Series Tier
$2,500 (Parking Sponsor)
Venue parking is a new and significant cost for us. Those who give at this level will be acknowledged on prominent signage in the Ag Arena’s entryway throughout the sale, as well as with table signage and a social media recognition post.
