Donation and Gift Opportunities
All donations to AAUW State College will be used to fund initiatives that support AAUW’s mission to advance equity for women and girls. These may include projects of Centre County nonprofits, educational scholarships for women undergraduates residing in Centre County, STEM programs for girls, and other branch programs and operations.
Donate Funds
Make a direct donation online through Zeffy (an online payment system designed especially for non-profits) or by mail (payable to AAUW State College).

AAUW State College appreciates the donation of goods and services from local businesses.

Donate Books
Our Used Book Sale is our largest fundraiser of the year. You can donate used books and other materials to AAUW’s annual Used Book Sale.
Leave a Legacy
You can make a lasting impact on women and girls through planned giving to AAUW. Options include:
- Bequests – Designate a gift through your will or revocable trust
- Charitable Gift Annuities – Receive fixed lifetime payments while supporting AAUW State College
- Charitable Remainder Trusts – Provide income for beneficiaries with the remainder going to AAUW State College
- Retirement Plan Gifts – Name AAUW State College as a beneficiary of your 401(k), 403(b), or IRA
- Charitable Lead Trusts – Provide income to AAUW State College for a set term, then assets return to your heirs
- Stocks and Securities – Avoid capital gains taxes and receive a charitable deduction
- Real Estate – Donate property outright or use it to fund a lifetime income arrangement
- Life Insurance – Name AAUW State College as owner or beneficiary of a policy
